New to EzDocFiler - see Quick Start Tips to get started

Welcome to EzDoc Filer DMS

First, register to gain access to the application. Once your registration is approved and you have your credentials, please log in to your private account. You may want to save this page as a Favorite in your browser for easy access.

The EzDoc interface is very similar to Windows Explorer on your PC. Plus you can hover over a file for a quick preview or select the file for a full preview.

To upload files or folders via the web interface on this page, use the plus (+) sign, then browse your computer or network for your files or folders. The upload starts immediately. Unlimited file and folder sizes can be uploaded. The files or folder will appear in the directory immediately once the upload finishes. This is the fastest and easiest option.

  • To upload documents from your scanner to EZDocFiler , use the Scan-to-Email feature in most modern scanners. Alternately, you can save your scanned documents to a local folder on your PC or network then use the EzDoc web interface to upload the entire folder(s) – this may be the most efficient.
  • Upload documents from your email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to EZDocFiler (setup a rule to forward email with attachments to EzDoc dedicated email address). 
  • Auto-archive Outlook or Gmail attachments sent to your email automatically (Setup a rule to forward email with attachments to your dedicated EzDoc email address)
  • Try it. Scan-to-email or email a file the Southshore root (not in any file) using ezdoc@emailitin.com
  •  Or send it to a subfolder by sending files to ezdoc-foldername@emailitin.com. For example, send to ezdoc-southshorehdgtrs@emailitin.com (files land in Southshorehdgtrs folder)
    • Sub-accounts (your clients) will always use ezdoc-toplevelfoldername@emailitin.com to send to their dedicated private folder ROOT(not in any folder), then drag/drop or move files anywhere.  The top level folder is the folder name that exists on the top of the EzDoc user interface. 
  • Highly functional web-based mobile-friendly secure document management system.
  • User(s) will log into their own secure EzDocFiler portal dedicated webpage after registration.
    • Add a button, link, or menu item to your website to access.
    • WordPress sites can embed directly on their website 
    • Portal web page will be branded with your firm name and logo (www.ezdocfiler.com/companyname)
  • Master account may include full access. Sub-accounts limited to specific folders
  • Initial 100GB storage, upgradable to 1TB (1000GB) or more.
  • Easily drag/drop upload or emailed in! 
  • Documents stored safely in secure Microsoft Cloud.
  • Browse computer and upload documents(s) or an entire folder. No upload maximum.
  • Share files or folders via email or social platforms
  • Use the EZDoc toolbar to create new folders. Or right-click a file or folder for additional options (make copy, rename, preview) and more
  • You can search for files or folders using the search icon on the top toolbar of EZdoc Lite. The search is done by file name and content once the file is indexed!
  • You can sort the main list by name, last modified, ascending or decending size
  • To select multiple files, select the circle icon on the far right side of the file name. Then right-click for your options.
  • To download files or email files out of EZdoc Lite, right-click the file and select the appropriate action.
  • Forget your password, use the Password reset link in the EZDoc toolbar.
  • You can update your user account info (including add a welcome picture), simply select User in the EZDoc toolbar.
  • Hover over file name for quick file preview
  • Use the right-side top toolbar to search, filter files, add folders, share, and more
  • Right-click functionality to move, rename, add folders, etc.
  • Drag n drop files or folders
  • Hover over a file name for a quick preview. Select file for full view
  • Deleted files can be recovered within 30 days with admin assistance
  • Uploads from the user interface recommended under 100GB 
  • Store all important documents in the cloud to access anywhere
  • Save all your email attachments automatically to secure cloud
  • Email files directly to your EzDocFiler Lite app
  • Scan documents directly to your EzDocFiler Lite app
